Shipping policy
1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take longer. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Priority: Estimated delivery by the next business day.
3. International Shipping
- We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout.
- Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.
- A tracking number will be provided to track your order’s progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available.

- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, but we will work with you to resolve any shipping issues.

- If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
