Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take longer. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We offer the following shipping options:
    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
    • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
    • Priority: Estimated delivery by the next business day.
    Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or shipping carrier issues.

3. International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout.
  • Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.
  • A tracking number will be provided to track your order’s progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available.

5. Delivery Issues

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, but we will work with you to resolve any shipping issues.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. We cannot be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.

7. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
